Here is one of our homemade salad dressings! It's so easy to make and lasts for up to a week in the fridge

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 small garlic cloves , minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, seal the lid, and shake until mixed. (we use mason jars so that we can put the lid on and shake)

  • You can serve this right away, but the flavor will get better as the ingredients merry together. For best results, wait at least 30 minutes before serving over your favorite salad ingredients.

  • Leftover dressing should be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
