Greek Salad Dressing

This dressing is perfect for any salad but goes great on orzo and pasta salads.


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1.5 teaspoon honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • salt and pepper


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, seal the lid, and shake until mixed. (we use mason jars so that we can put the lid on and shake)

  • Leftover dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
