I’m a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutrition Counselor, owner of Wellness Homemade and creator of Informed Eating Academy. My journey started14 years ago when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was determined to overcome my diagnosis naturally through nutrition and exercise. It worked, and spawned my love of eating healthy foods, and helping others to do the same with Wellness Homemade. As a coach, my goal is to reach you where you are to make realistic changes to improve your health.
