The Plate It Blueprint

Build muscle, burn fat, and feel confident in your body without giving up your coffee, sweet treats, or your life.

An 8-week workout and nutrition plan for women who are done starting over and ready to build habits that actually last.

Meet The Founder Of Wellness Homemade

& Creator Of The Plate It Method:

Hi, I am Tasha Rosales.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in behavioral sciences, currently completing my degree in nutrition and dietetics. I am also a woman in my 40s who is figuring this out in real time, right alongside you.

My approach to nutrition was shaped early, when a gestational diabetes diagnosis taught me firsthand that what I ate had real, measurable power over how my body functioned. That experience changed how I thought about food forever.

For nearly two decades since, I have worked with women on nutrition and lifestyle change.

But the most useful thing I can tell you is not my credentials. It is that I have sat where you are sitting.

Why The Wellness Advice That Worked At 32 Doesn't Work In Your 40s

Energy crashes. Brain fog. A body that doesn't respond the way it used to. Perimenopause changes the rules, and nobody hands women a new playbook. I share what's actually shifting in the body, why old wellness habits stop working, and what a midlife-aware approach to food and lifestyle actually looks like.

The Plate It Method: Building A Balanced Plate Without A Meal Plan

Most women know they should eat better. They just don't know what that looks like on a plate at 6pm with kids asking what's for dinner. I walk through the simple framework I teach my clients so they can build a balanced meal without a recipe, a meal plan, or a complicated system.

Why More Information Isn't Fixing Your Health

We have more nutrition content than ever, and women are more confused than ever. Information without support does not create change. I unpack the behavioral science behind why willpower fails, why structure works, and what real, sustainable change actually requires.

LONG BIO: Tasha Rosales is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, the founder of Wellness Homemade, and the creator of the Plate It Method. She holds a background in behavioral sciences and is currently completing her degree in nutrition and dietetics.

Tasha's approach to nutrition was shaped early, when a gestational diabetes diagnosis taught her firsthand that what she ate had real, measurable power over how her body functioned. That experience changed how she thought about food forever and set the foundation for the work she has done with women for nearly two decades since.

Now in her 40s, Tasha brings something most wellness experts can't. She has lived what her clients are living. The energy crashes. The brain fog. The body that doesn't respond the way it used to. The wellness advice that worked at 32 that just doesn't land the same anymore. Perimenopause changes the rules, and Tasha works with women who are figuring it out in real time.

Through Wellness Homemade and her flagship six-month program, the Wellness Makeover, Tasha teaches women that weight loss is the doorway, not the destination. Her work is built on a simple truth: information without support does not create change. What women need is a clear, sustainable approach that fits their real life, their family, and their budget.
