MEET TASHA
Hi, I'm Tasha, the founder of WELLmade by Wellness Homemade.
WELLmade started with something I've always loved: bringing people together. Food, coffee, movement and community have always been a big part of my world, and what started with homemade treats grew into something I wanted to share with the community around me.
Today, I make cake pops from scratch and organic cold brew for birthdays, showers, schools, fitness studios, businesses, markets and all the little moments worth celebrating. WELLmade has also grown into something a little bigger, with the option to bring movement into your gathering through private yoga and barre classes. I'm big on ingredients, but I'm also big on actually enjoying your food. WELLmade is my way of bringing all of those things together.
I'm a Nutrition Counselor, NBC-HWC and trained yoga and barre instructor with more than 15 years in the wellness space, and I'm based right here in the El Dorado Hills area. I believe you can care about what's in your food, move your body because it feels good and still eat the cake pop. In fact, I highly recommend it.
