Counsel clients regarding special dietary needs.
Oversee appropriate nutrition schedules and methods to ensure clients meet nutritional needs and goals.
Create specialized meal plans in line with client’s age, gender, diagnosis, allergies or any other area while consulting with physicians and considering their recommendations.
Experience in consulting with physicians regarding diabetes, thyroid and hypertension management.
Highly versed and knowledgeable in HIPPA guidelines.
Proficient kitchen set up for success - where to organize items and foods for success.
Virtual or in person grocery shopping education and assistance.
Training and assistance in label reading and comprehension.
