Informed Eating Academy was created to not to restrict foods, but instead help bring awareness to labels, to help clients better understand foods, what's in them and how to fuel to feel good. After coaching hundreds of clients over the last five years there was one thing that was always the biggest Aha for my clients success, understanding food and how it affected them. Once my clients were informed on what was in their food and connected how those foods made them feel, they were able to make better choices and they gained confidence to control their choices. And best of all, they no longer felt restricted or burdened with diets! These clients of mine were naturally pulled towards healthier options and empowered to make different choices. And, it all started with reading their labels and understanding ALL the ingredients listed!

What’s the difference between this and other diet programs?Other programs focus on “losing weight to get healthy” . I help you get healthy which results in feeling better and then ultimately losing weight. Other programs require you to restrict and follow a meal plan. I teach you about foods, how they affect your body and help you learn how to reduce or eliminate foods so you feel better. Once you start feeling good, you will be pulled to make better choices every day.
What’s the difference between this and intuitive eating programs?Intuitive eating means you listen to your body and let it tell you what your body wants. Informed eating gives you the tools to make informed choices. When you know the “what and why” behind foods and what's in them you are naturally pulled towards healthier choices. Without the background and knowledge this makes it much harder to follow through.
What if I can’t make the workshops?The workshops will be recorded and sent out or added to the group forum.
What is your return policy?I’m happy to answer any questions you have BEFORE you make your purchase because due to the nature of this service, there are NO EXCHANGES AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
